Ivan Rasic is a Managing Director of STP Information Technology Bulgaria, a regional RnD center of the STP Informationstechnologie AG Group. He holds a double-degree LLM in Corporate Law and Finance, acquired in the joint program by Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao, ES), Universiteit van Tilburg (Tilburg, NL), and Goethe Universität (Frankfurt, DE).
In his early days, Ivan worked in both law firms and inhouse, before establishing his own legal tech company out of Sofia. After six years of entrepreneurship, he joined the STP Group and helped establish the local RnD, where to date he is in charge of project/development management, culture, recruiting, and special project initiatives.
Ivan is among the first members of the European Legal Tech Association (ELTA), and an Ambassador for Bulgaria, as well as a regular author in the field of legal tech and innovation. In 2017 he was the Program Director of the LegalEdge conference in Sofia, where renowned authors, thinkers, and doers presented the probable future developments in the legal services industry.
