Negotiation expert Andreas Winheller has been trained as a negotiation instructor at Harvard Law School and Kellogg School of Management. Since 2001, he has been offering negotiation trainings in German that follow the original methodology of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law (PON) and the DRRC at Kellogg School of Management.

He is the founder of Verhandlungsperformance Consulting, a leading team of experts for negotiation training, coaching, and consulting at international top standards. A negotiation coach in high demand, he has optimized negotiations worth several billion Euros. Among his customers are several international law firms.

In his Verhandlungsperformance Academy, he offers the open training track “Certificate of Excellence in Business Negotiations, CEBN®” for professionals and managers.

Andreas Winheller is a graduate of law and holds master’s degrees in Mediation (Hagen), HR Development (Kaiserslautern), and Cognitive Neurosciences (AON). He is also an alumnus of the Management Training at Kellogg School of Management.

He has published numerous articles as well as the books „Mediation und Verhandlungsführung (2012), „Gelingende Kommunikation“ (5. Edition, 2019) and „Praxishandbuch Mediation“ (2016); currently available in German only .
At the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), he teaches negotiation science as an associate lecturer.

His diverse background of further education includes Dialectics (Rupert Lay), Body language (Samy Molcho), NLP (Bandler/Dilts), Hypno-Systemic Coaching (Gunther Schmidt), and Applied Typology (Team-Management-System and M.B.T.I., inter alia).
