However, in external group coaching seasoned executives get the chance to meet peers from diverse organisations. Collegiate case consultation and a multi-perspective approach under guidance of a coach help to evolve coherent solutions for leadership problems. There is an opportunity to introduce own leadership problems in this group coaching. Possible contents of this group coaching (not final) are: designing of change processes, constructive and productive conflict resolution, execution of difficult decisions, micropolitics & power strategies, situation-appropriate employee leadership, emotional, social & institutional backgrounds of professional action.
