Negotiation skills are a key competency for practitioners of law. Studies show, however, that the negotiation performance of many professionals and managers in Germany is lacking. Lots of money are burned through ineffective negotiating.

At the same time, most people have no idea how well (or not) they actually do negotiate. The majority of negotiators overestimate their own performance.

To address this, negotiation expert Andreas Winheller and his team at Verhandlungsperformance Consulting have developed the NegotiCHECK®: A one-day workshop where all aspects of negotiation performance are measured objectively in realistic simulations and that provides participants with feedback on their strengths and potentials for growth in the various areas of competency.

If desired, we can also benchmark the personal competency profile against a representative market sample, as the institute has a unique database with the real negotiation performance of thousands of practitioners from the German-speaking world.

Senior Consultant Andreas Winheller will personally present the concept in this workshop at the legal evolution and offers all participants the opportunity to gauge their own negotiation performance with a simulation taken from the NegotiCHECK® program.
