Tom Braegelmann is an experienced international restructuring practitioner. He worked many years as an international business lawyer with a dual-qualification in Germany and the US for ma-or international law firms in Germany – the last four years together with BBL Partner Peter Jark, focusing on international restructuring matters. Tom also worked for more than three years as a bankruptcy and IP lawyer in New York City. Tom is closely following the latest technological developments which are currently transforming the legal sector, namely the digitization of restructuring and insolvency practice worldwide.
